Touch Arcade posted about a new iPhone/iPod Touch game coming soon, Fan Caps, 3D air hockey from Fan Interactive. Currently there’s not much more information, nor a price. Fan Caps will feature:
- Intuitive touch-based control
- Accelerometer-based camera movement
- Loads of caps, fields and balls (some of them special) to unlock
- Five difficulty levels
- Realistic physics behaviour
- Multiplayer over Wi-Fi (2 players)
Previously we reviewed three air hockey games in a battle to see which is the best air hockey game available in the App Store. We discovered that Air Hockey by Acceleroto is the best air hockey game, but Fan Caps looks like it’ll take the throne when it comes out, especially with 2-player WiFi matches.
