Sega Updates, Marks Down Super Monkey Ball

Developer Sega Mobile announced an update for Super Monkey Ball ($7.99), adding a “Tilt Meter” that gives players a visual cue as to how balanced their on-screen monkey is when rolling through the game’s courses.

Though Super Monkey Ball has been a huge success on the iPhone, with over 500,000 downloads as of November and a spot on the App Store’s top ten most popular paid games list, many have complained about the game’s overly sensitive controls. Perhaps this Tilt Meter will help solve that issue!

With the update, Sega dropped the game’s price from $9.99 to $7.99. The company also discounted Sega Columns Deluxe ($1.99).
