Gameloft’s Remake of Earthworm Jim Premieres in App Store

ewj

Gameloft has upgraded, remastered, and remade the classic 16-bit platformer Earthworm Jim ($4.99) for the iPhone. Now, a whole new generation of gamers can experience how much fun Earthworm Jim is up until the bathysphere level.

I kid, of course. It’s fun after the bathysphere level, too.

Earthworm Jim for the iPhone is a straightforward remake of Earthworm Jim: Special Edition, itself a mild upgrade of the original EWJ game released for the Super NES and Sega Genesis in 1994. Gameloft’s version features redrawn graphics, remastered sound (including rerecorded voice acting for Jim), and a modified control scheme that uses touch-based controls for the platforming levels and tilt controls for the wormhole bonus stages.

Thankfully, much of the game’s original content appears to be untouched. The iPhone port of Earthworm Jim includes all of the cow launching, lawyer whipping, and bathysphere cracking (uurrrgh) found in the original game. Here’s hoping that it also includes a level-select cheat.

http://www.freeprizesite.com/?ref=13348 Ok so I was skeptical about the places that let you fill stuff out and get free stuff. I stayed away from it I thought it was junk. But today I finally dicided to try it. Just go on there make an account fill a few things out….No spyware No Adware No Malware No nothing! I was so suprised I thought all that stuff was a bunch of junk. It takes around a week to get $100 just get on every day for about thirty minutes. Monthly game codes for wii, xbox, and about any MMO you can think of, they also have direct cash or even prepaid gas cards. I couldnt believe this is real. So just letting you know if your skeptical, thats understandable. But this is real and worth it and it pays off. By the way this is not to accel myself or anything with me but to benefit to the gaming community. Keep on Gaming Gamers.
