Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars tops App Store sales across all categories for the second week in a row. EA’s iPhone version of Rock Band moves up to second place following the recent release of a free demo version, pushing Activision’s former chart leader Call of Duty: World at War Zombies to third place.
PopCap’s Bejeweled 2 moves up past Electronic Arts’ The Sims 3 in today’s rankings, as Lima Sky’s 99-cent Doodle Jump settles in at sixth place after taking fifth last week.
EA’s Tetris and The Game of Life: Classic Edition also see slight drops in popularity, finishing at seventh and eighth place. Madden NFL 10 follows at ninth, as Newtoy’s Scrabble-like multiplayer word game Words With Friends enters the chart at tenth place.
